Isha Foundation "Adiyogi - Coimbatore {Mahashivratri Special} 🔱🙏🏼

Staying at Isha Yoga for 2 - 3 days is an experience of life-time.

There's so much to tell you a, I don't know where to start with, also, what words should I use to explain.

.

It was divine, pure and full of positivity.

.

Honestly, before I decided to visit, I was little confused but at the same time, was looking forward to it.

.

They say, sometimes you just need to go with the flow, without much thoughts and expectations & see what happens.

.

That's what exactly happened with me.

"Saatvik Food"

sleeping and waking up on time,

walking barefoot....

smelling fresh flowers everywhere, saying "Namaskaram"

instead of Hey, whatsup,

addressing everyone as "akka or anna" (Brother & Sister)

Meditating at Dhyanalinga,

Witnessing Adiyogi Statue

Everything was an "Experience" in iitself.

A little description for those who are unaware about this place:

Adiyogi refers to "the first yogi" or Shiva as the originator of yoga. It was established to inspire people towards inner well-being, through yoga.

.

The Adiyogi statue is a 34-metre-tall (112 ft), 45-metre-long (147 ft) and 25-metre-wide (82 ft) steel statue Shiva.

It is recognized by the Guinness World Records as the "Largest Bust Sculpture” in the world. Designed by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, it weighs around 500 tonnes (490 long tons; 550 short tons).

*Travel for me of not limited to visiting mountains, beaches, deserts or forests but it's about collecting Experiences in any form and Spiritual Experiences while travel is a different kind of deal.
